Licence

Afterglow is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add information about the app; they don't replace the EULA.

Price and purchase

The app is free to download and use. Exported reels carry a corner watermark until you buy the optional one-time unlock, sold by Apple at the local price shown in the app before purchase. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. On a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple manages the App Store refund process. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos, logo and text you use and for where you post the result, including any consent needed from people shown in a photo. The app does not post anywhere on your behalf.

Your data

Your brand kit and photos stay on your iPhone, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
